By accessing Tech2Cart, creating an account, submitting business information, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this website. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and current information, keep login credentials and OTPs confidential, and promptly update changes to business, contact, GST, billing, or delivery details. Activity performed through an account is treated as activity authorized by that account holder.

3. Marketplace Role

Tech2Cart provides a B2B marketplace that connects buyers and approved sellers. Product descriptions, availability, dispatch estimates, warranties, and seller commitments may be supplied by the relevant seller. Tech2Cart may review, approve, suspend, or remove accounts, listings, or transactions for compliance and marketplace safety.

4. Products, Prices, and Orders

• Product availability, minimum order quantity, price, tax, and delivery estimates may be verified before payment.
• An order request is not finally accepted until the applicable approval and payment steps are completed.
• Obvious pricing, stock, description, or calculation errors may be corrected before fulfilment.
• Business buyers are responsible for confirming that products are suitable for their intended use.

5. Payments, Taxes, and Invoices

Payments must be made through an enabled payment method or approved bank-transfer instruction. Buyers must provide correct billing and GST information before invoice generation. Payment gateway processing is also subject to the gateway provider's terms.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by stock, seller readiness, destination, logistics, weather, or events beyond reasonable control. Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the applicable product, seller, shipping, and buyer policies.

7. Prohibited Use

Users must not create false accounts, submit misleading documents, misuse payment or OTP systems, interfere with website security, upload harmful material, infringe intellectual-property rights, conduct unlawful transactions, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or Tech2Cart.

8. Intellectual Property and Content

The Tech2Cart name, website design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation and Updates

To the extent permitted by law, Tech2Cart is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by third-party services, seller delays, logistics events, internet failures, or unauthorized account use. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
