Buyer Protection Policy
Tech2Cart supports transparent B2B purchasing with account verification, order records, payment status tracking, seller coordination, and documented support.
1. Buyer Eligibility
Buyers must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and business information. GST details should be supplied when a GST invoice is required. Tech2Cart may request verification before approving an account, quotation, order, or payment.
2. Product and Seller Information
Buyers should review product specifications, seller details, minimum order quantity, pricing, taxes, warranty information, and expected dispatch time before ordering. Questions should be raised through the quotation or support process before payment.
3. Order and Payment Protection
- Orders are recorded with a purchase-order number and payment status.
- Online payments are verified through the configured payment gateway response.
- Bank-transfer payments may require manual confirmation before an order is marked paid.
- Buyers should never make payment to an unverified personal account or outside an approved Tech2Cart instruction.
4. Delivery and Inspection
On delivery, the buyer should inspect package count and visible condition before acceptance where possible. Shortage, visible damage, wrong product, or material mismatch should be reported promptly with the order number, photographs, packaging details, and supporting documents.
5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Eligibility depends on the product type, seller terms, condition of the goods, reported issue, and applicable law. Customized, made-to-order, opened, used, installed, hazardous, hygiene-sensitive, or clearance products may not be returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
6. Reporting an Issue
Contact Tech2Cart as soon as possible after discovering an issue. Keep the product, original packaging, invoice, delivery proof, serial or batch information, and photographs available until the review is complete. Returning goods without authorization may delay or prevent resolution.
7. Resolution Process
Tech2Cart may review order records, payment confirmation, seller information, courier evidence, and buyer documents. Depending on the outcome, a resolution may include clarification, replacement, partial adjustment, return authorization, refund, or rejection of an unsupported claim.
8. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyer protection does not cover incorrect information supplied by the buyer, unauthorized payments, misuse, improper storage or installation, normal wear, changes of mind where returns are excluded, or issues reported without reasonable evidence.
